Container Corporation of india Ltd. situated at Sathankadu Village, Saidapet Taluk, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 019 - Regarding ************ Attention of the Steamer Agents, importers, Exporters and their representatives (Custom House Brokers) is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No. 19/2012 dated 31.01.2012 approving ICD owned/managed by M/s. Container Corporation of india Ltd, situated at Sathankadu Village, Saidapet Taluk, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 019 and declaring the said ICD area measuring 43,000 SQM as Customs Area for loading of export goods and unloading of import goods. 2. Now on the request of M/s. Container Corporation of india Ltd. situated at Sathankadu Viilage, Saidapet Taluk, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 019 dated 17.08.2018, I Dr. Anil K. Nigam, Commissioner of Customs, (Chennai-Vin), Custom House, Chennai, in partial modification of the Public Notice No. 19/2012 as amended by Public Notice No. 04/2018 dated 25.01.2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act , 1962 denotify an area of 18,819 SQM for the purpose of domestic warehousing from the total Customs Area of 1,51,915 SQM to make the net area under ICD CONCOR to 1,33,216 SQM including DPD Area of 40,468 SQM. The revised boundaries of the ICD CONCOR are: On the North : By GST Warehouse of Domestic Terminal of Container Corporation of india separated by a full length fencing segregating the international and Domestic Areas. On the South : By vacant Railway land owned by Southern Railway adjacent to the Ennore High Road facing ( in front of ) Oil Terminal of Indian Oil Corporation segregated by Compound wall. On the East : DPD Notified Area/Rail Sidings On the West : By Ennore High Road facing { in front of ) Railway Quarters segregated by Compound wail , Weighbridge, Diesel bunk Parking area of CONCOR. 3.
