No. 01/61/180/178/AM 17/PC-30.- The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has notified the amended Indian Trade Classification (Harmonized System)- ITC(HS), 2017 harmonizing it with the Finance (No.2) Act, 2019 dated 1 st August, 2019 vide Notification No. 38/2015-2020 dated 01.01.2020. 2. In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following additions/amendments in Appendix 3B - Table 2 as notified vide Public Notice 61 dated 07.03.2017 and as amended from time to time, accordingly.
