No. 01/89/180/Misc-37/AM-07/PC-2[A]/Part-V/E-25648 .-In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies revised/ updated Appendix-2J - List of State Trading Enterprises (STEs) for FTP purpose and eligible STEs for allocation of quota for import under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ), as Annexed. 2. Effect of this Public Notice: Revised / updated Appendix 2J - List of State Trading Enterprises (STEs) for FTP purpose and eligible STEs for allocation of quota for import under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ), is notified. Through this Public Notice, some of the existing entities have been de-listed as STE and some new entities have been included as STE for FTP purpose.
