For filing of Forms, Business User ID has to be created along with uploading DSC 2 One DSC is required to incorporate a LLP which should be uploaded by one Designated Partner at the time of creating Business User ID. Other Designated Partners can file only Form 7 by creating his Business User ID without uploading DSC 3 Form 7 should be filed from the user ID of respective designated Partner. 4 Form 1 2 should be filed from the user ID of same designated Partner. 5 Professional should not file Forms for his clients from their own user ID 6 One person should not create two Business User ID nor he should file forms in different ID otherwise system will not allow to file Form 2 7 Form 2 can be filed only on the approval of Form 7 1. 8 Digital signature in USB token is compulsory in case of LLP. Digital signature saved in computer system will not serve purpose. 9 Before starting the process of filing of form, one should attach USB Port to System, otherwise signature error may occur. 10 At present, Forms cannot be transported for certification by Professional and both signature should be affixed online.
