9. Disputes between Central Government Department and PSU/ other Government Departments: 9.1 In cases where disputes arise between two Central Government Departments or a Government Department and Public Sector Undertaking, there is no requirement of obtaining approval of the Committee on Disputes for pursuing litigations.
