Central Government specifies the Uttar Pradesh Vigilance Commission, U.P., Lucknow u/s 138(1)(a)(ii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.3177 DATED 18-7-1986 In pursuance of sub-clause ( ii ) of clause ( a ) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the Uttar Pradesh Vigilance Commission, U.P., Lucknow, or any officer specifically authorised by the Commission in this behalf for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
