MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th July, 2013 GSR. 487(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of section 294AA of the Companies Act, 1956 (l of 1956), the Central Government' hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G. S.R, 601 (E), dated the 16 th July, 2010, namely:- In the said notification, in the opening portion, for the words, for a period of three years", the words for a period of six years shall be substituted. Note - The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part Il, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 601 (E), dated the 16th July, 2010, which has not been amended so far.
