CORRIGENDUM – Notification No. 33/2013 – S.O. No. 3135(E) dated 17-10-2013. - 17-A/2013 - S.O. 3643(E) - Income Tax

NOTIFICATION NO. 17-A/2013 DATED 11-12-2013 S.O. 3643(E) - In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O. 3135(E), dated 17th October, 2013 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), (i) in para 2 the letters, figures and words, "including a corpus fund of Rs. 30 crore" may be read as " including a corpus fund of Rs. 45 crore". (ii) para 3 may be substituted with "And whereas vide notification number S.O. 1879(E) dated 11th August, 2011 , the cost of the project was changed from Rs. 115 crore including a corpus fund of Rs. 45 crore to Rs. 160 crore including a corpus fund of Rs.60 crore". (iii) in the concluding paragraph, the letters, figures and words, "Rs 115 crore including a corpus fund of Rs. 45 crore" may be read as "Rs. 160 crore including a corpus fund of Rs. 60 crore".
