To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Bhondsi, Tehsil-Sohna, Gurgaon District, in the State of Haryana - S. O. 2075 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 03 th December, 2007 S. O. 2075 (E) - Whereas M/s. GHI Finlease and Investments Limited, a fully Private Organization of the State of Haryana, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Bhondsi, Tehsil-Sohna, Gurgaon District, in the State of Haryana; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act , and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Village Bhondsi, Tehsil-Sohna, Gurgaon District, in the State of Haryana, on 25th August, 2006; And whereas the Central Government has granted the approval for the change of the name of the developer from M/s Assotech Realty Private Limited to GHI Finlease and Investments Limited on 15th November, 2006 to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Village Bhondsi, Tehsil-Sohna, Gurgaon District, in the State of Haryana, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely:- Sl.
