MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 23 April 2009 S.O.1015(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of April, 2009 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Kharadi, Taluka Haveli, District Pune in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s Gera Developments Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 .
