MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th April, 2013 S.O. 1171(E). WHEREAS, M/s. G.P. Realtors Private Limited had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Villages Beharampur, Balola and Bandhwari, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the areas of 36.3744 hectares and 0.3919 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O. 3043(E), dated 24th December, 2010 and S.O. 199(E), dated 31 st January, 2012 respectively; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. G.P. Realtors Private Limited, has now proposed for de-notification of 8.094 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 19th December, 2012; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 8.094 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 28.6723 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely: TABLE S.
