MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce ) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th February, 2015 S.O. 567(E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1033(E) dated 8th May, 2012 for inclusion of new members in Noida SEZ Authority, namely:- In the said notification, the entry at S.
