MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24 th September, 2012 S.O. 2286 (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 789(E), dates the 20 th March, 2009 , namely : - 2.
