Amendments in Notification Number S.O.206(E) dated 17th March, 1997 - S O. 1035(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION No. 11559 New Delhi, the 17 th November, 2000 S O. 1035(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government, on the recommendations of the National Committee hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O.206(E) dated 17 th March, 1997 , namely :- In the said notification in the Table against serial number 23 relating to Hindu Mission Hospital, 36, G.S.T. Road, Tambaram West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600045, in column (4), for the letters, figures and word Rs.30.00 lakhs , the letters, figures and words Rs.30.00 lakhs plus a corpus fund of ₹ 100.00 lakhs shall be substituted.
