Amendment in Notification No. S.O.477 (E) dated the 25th July, 1991 - F. No. 4 (7)/1999-IP(Vol-III) - S.O. 2737 (E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11 th August, 2016 S.O. 2737 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) number S.O.477 (E) dated the 25th July, 1991 namely:- 2. In the said notification, in Schedule Il relating to the 'List of Industries in respect of which Industrial Licensing is compulsory' in serial number 3, ITC(HS) Codes 22.03, 22.04, 22.05, 22.06 and 22.08 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 3.
