Central Government specifies all the officers of and above the rank of Superintendent of Police serving in the State Vigilance Bureau, Haryana u/s 138(1)(a)(ii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2977 DATED 16-11-1992 In pursuance of sub-clause ( ii ) of clause ( a ) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies all the officers of and above the rank of Superintendent of Police serving in the State Vigilance Bureau, Haryana, for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
