MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th November, 2018 S.O. 5840 (E).- Whereas, M/s. Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up Multi Product Special Economic Zone at Villages- Akolia, Bardari, Kali-Billod, Jamodi and Kehda, District-Indore, in the State of Madhya Pradesh; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 had notified an area of 1113.72 hectares and de-notified an area of 169.577 at above Special Economic Zone vide notification No. S.O. 1981(E) dated 16th November, 2006 and S.O. 1700(E) dated 26th April, 2016 respectively; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam (Indore) Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 371.887 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Madhya Pradesh has given its approval to the proposal vide letters No. 11-39/2014/B-11 dated 11.10.2018 and 30.10.2018; AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Indore Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 371.887 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 371.887 hectares , thereby making resultant area as 572.258 hectares , comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE FOR DE-NOTIFICATION AREA Sl.
