SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 6 th November, 2008 No. LAD-NRO/GN/2008/28/143438.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India Limited, having its registered office at International Infotech Park, Tower 7, 5th Floor, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400 703 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 18th day of November, 2008 and ending on 17th day of November, 2009 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter.
