Amendment in S.O. 734(E) dated 31st July, 2001 - 8/2002 - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th January, 2002 (INCOME-TAX) S.O. 103(E) .-ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section 120 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), Central Board of Direct Taxes, bearing S.O. 734(E) dated 31st July, 2001, namely :- (I) In the Schedule-I, as so nserted, for Sr. No, 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- SCHEDULE-I 2. Director General of Income-tax (Investigation), Mumbai Mumbai (i) Commissioner of Income-tax (Central), Mumbai- II (ii) Commissioner of Income-tax (Central), Mumbai - III (iii) Commissioner of Income-tax (Central), Mumbai-IV (iv) Commissioner of Income-tax (CIB), Mumbai (V) Director of Income-tax (Investigation), Mumbai-I (vi) Director of Income-tax (Investigation), Mumbai-II The other contents of the notification SO. 734(E) dated 31-7-2001 shall remain unchanged. 2.
