Seeks to amend Notification Nos. S.O. 596(E) dated 25th April, 2006 and S.O. 2045(E) dated 11th August. 2014 - S.O. 3192 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th August, 2019 S.O. 3192 (E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Gazette Notification Numbers S.O. 596(E) and S.O. 2045(E) dated 25th April, 2006 11th August. 2014 respectively for sector specific Special Economic Zone at Sandavellur C Village in Taluk Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District in the State of Tamil Nadu by M/s. Flextronics Technologies (India) Private Limited , namely:- In the paragraph 1 for the words Electronic Hardware and related services , the words IT/ITES Electronic components Hardware manufacturing related services shall be substituted.
