Seeks to amend Notification No. S.O.831 (E), dated the 24th March, 2015 - F. No.5/20/2019 -B -CL-V - S.O. 3956 (E) - Companies Law

Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 30th October, 2019 S.O. 3956 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) read with the Companies (Adjudication of Penalties) Rules, 2014 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published vide number S.O.831 (E), dated the 24th March, 2015 , namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5 for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely,- 5 Registrar of Companies-cum- Official Liquidator, Jammu Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh 2.
