EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 6th January, 2020 No. EXN-F(10)-22/2017 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh in supersession of this Department notification No. EXN-F(10)-22/2017 dated 1st May, 2018, published in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (e-Gazette) on 1st May, 2018, is pleased to re-constitute the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering consisting of following officers, namely:- Sl. No. Designation 1. Commissioner of Central Tax, Himachal Pradesh 2. Additional Commissioner of State Tax as nominated by the Commissioner of State Tax, Himacal Pradesh.
