Amendment in Notification No. S. O. 392(E), dated the 31st May, 1989 - S.O. 59(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20 th January, 1993 S.O. 59(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 269UB of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. S. O. 392(E), dated the 31st May, 1989, namely :- In column (2) of the Table to the said notification, against serial number 2 relating to Appropriate Authority, Lucknow , for item (ii) the following item shall be substituted, namely :- (ii) Miss. M. H. Kherawala, Commissioner of Income-tax [F. No. 316/56/92-OT] HEMANT K. SARANGI, Under Secy.
