GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Notification No. CCT/26-2/2020-21/69/2668 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), read with Rule 80 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. CCT/ /26-2/2020-21/68/2319 dated 27th January, 2021, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series II No. 43 dated 27th January, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures 28-02-2021 , the figures 31-03-2021 shall be substituted.
