Seeks to bring in force provisions of Part XIII of Chapter VI of the Finance Act, 2021 - S.O. 1420 (E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Financial Services) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st March, 2021 S.O. 1420(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Finance Act, 2021 (13 of 2021), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of Part XIII of Chapter VI of the said Act shall come into force.
