Central Government notifies an additional area of 0.1519 hectares, Village Tikri, Sector-48, Gurugram in the State of Haryana thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 10.1929 hectares - S.O. 1666 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th April, 2021 S.O. 1666(E). -Whereas, M/s. Candor Gurgaon One Realty Projects Private Limited (formerly M/s. Unitech Realty Projects Ltd.) had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) at Village Tikri, Sector-48, Gurugram in the State of Haryana; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , notified an area of 10.041 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Number S.O. 61(E) dated 09 th January, 2008 ; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Candor Gurgaon One Realty Projects Private Limited has now proposed for include addition area of 0.1519 hectares area as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 13th April, 2021; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 0.1519 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 10.1929 hectares, comprising the Khasra number and the area given below in the table, namely: - TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA Sl.
