Central Government notifies an additional area of 1.895 hectares, at Kuvakolli Village, Vardaiah Palem Mandal, Chittoor District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh - S.O. 2009 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st May, 2021 S.O. 2009(E). -Whereas, M/s. CCL Products (India) Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up an Agro based Food Processing Special Economic Zone at Kuvakolli Village, Vardaiah Palem Mandal, Chittoor District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , notified an area of 11.879 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1035(E) dated 31 st March, 2017; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. CCL Products (India) Limited has now proposed for include addition area of 1.895 hectares area as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 20th May, 2021; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 1.895 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 13.774 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely: - TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA Sl.
