No. 1019/2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Kerala Finance Act, 2021 (8 of 2021), the Government of Kerala hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sub-section (1), sub-section (2), sub-section (6) to (14) of section 8 of the said Act shall come into force By order of the Governor, SINI J. SHUKKOOR, Additional Secretary to Government. Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) On recommendation of the Goods and Services Tax Council, the Government have decided to bring into force sub-section (1), sub-section (2), sub-section (6) to (14) of section 8 of the Kerala Finance Act, 2021 (8 of 2021) from the 1st day of January, 2022. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
