GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: December 31, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification no. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.-IV-110 dated the 10th September, 2018, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to September, 2018 and 31st day of December, 2018 , the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to December, 2018 and 31st day of March, 2019 shall respectively be substituted [F. 12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-V- 143] By Order of the Governor (Onkar Mal Rajotiya) Joint Secretary to the Government
