Seeks to rescind Notification No. S.O. 164, dated the 3rd April, 2018 - S.O. 192 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 29th September, 2022 S.O. 192, Date 29 September, 2022 -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations on the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 164, dated the 3rd April, 1 [ 2018, with effect from the 1st day of October, 2022 ] , published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 295, dated the 3rd April, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
