Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 30 th September, 2022 No. CT-8-0001-2022-Sec-1-05-(CT) (62) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 (15 of 2022), the State Government, hereby appoints the 1 st Day of October, 2022, as the date on which provisions of Sections 2 to 15, except Section 13, of the said Act shall come into force.
