GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1890-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 17th day of November, 2022. In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act No. XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint any person appointed as Inspector of Agricultural Income-tax to be an officer under the said Act. 2. The officers appointed as above shall perform such functions of State Tax officers as may be assigned to them by the Commissioner of State Tax. 3. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 20th day of July, 2022.
