Constitutes the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone Authority - Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 4503(E) dated 08th December, 2020 - S.O. 3143 (E) - Special Economic Zone

The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 4503(E) dated 08th December, 2020 , for inclusion of new members in VSEZ Authority, namely : In the said notification, the entry at SI.No. 5 which reads as under, 5 Sh.
