GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No. FD 07 CSL 2024 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 18.01.2024 NOTIFICATION (01/2024) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Government of Karnataka Notification (15/2023) No. FD 20 CSL 2023, dated the 11th August, 2023, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, No. 388, dated the 11th August, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
