Amendment in the Notification No. 115/2008-CUSTOMS (N. T.), dated the 29th October, 2008 effective from 19th November, 2008 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO. 128/2008-CUSTOMS (N. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 115/2008-CUSTOMS (N. T.), dated the 29 th October, 2008 vide number S. O. 2546 (E), dated the 29 th October, 2008. In the SCHEDULE-I of the said Notification for Serial No. 7 and SCHEDULE-II for Serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: SCHEDULE-I Sr. No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) (a) (b) (For Imported Goods) (For Export Goods) 7.
