GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No.: 580 F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 09th day of April, 2025 [Corresponding Central Notification No. 09/2025-Central Tax] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), read with rule 1 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), issued vide notification No. 1269-F.T. dated 07.08.2024, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to appoint the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall come into force, namely: Table S.
