Inland Container Depot services sector at Villages Talegaon and Panshil, Taluka-Khalapur and Village-Bhokarpada, Tauka-Panvel in the District Raigad, Maharashtra NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 19th February, 2009 S.O. 516(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of February, 2009 as the date from which the services sector at Villages Talegaon and Panshil, Taluka-Khalapur and Village-Bhokarpada, Tauka-Panvel in the District Raigad, Maharashtra by M/s Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
