Constitutes the Noida Special Economic Zone Authority NOTIFICATION New Delhi the 27th February, 2009 S.O. 570(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-sections (3) and (5) of section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes the Noida Special Economic Zone Authority, having its head office at Noida Special Economic Zone, Dadri Road, Noida, consisting the following members, namely:- Sl. Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade Member, ex-officio 3. Joint Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone or in absence of Joint Development Commissioner in the Zone, Deputy Development Commissioner Member, ex-officio 4. Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce dealing with matters relating to Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary Member, ex-officio 4 [ 5. Sh.
