Inland Container Deport (ICD) for Sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals sector at Villages Lingampally and Melasangam, Mandal Munipally, District Medak in the State of Andhra Pradesh NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 24th April, 2009 S.O. 1040(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24 th day of April 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals sector at Villages Lingampally and Melasangam, Mandal Munipally, District Medak in the State of Andhra Pradesh proposed to be developed by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Deport under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
