Exemption from registration Notification No. 26/92-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 9-10-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 174 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, in the Form, in paragraph 2, after the word "cleared", the words "for home consumption" shall be inserted. 2. 14/92-Central Excises (N.T.), dated 14-5-1992.
