Amendment to Notification No. 5/89-C.E. (N.T.) Section 11C Notification No. 15/89-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 20-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11C of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 5/88-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 1st February, 1988, namely :- In the opening paragraph of the said notification, for the figures and words "1st March, 1986", the figures and words "28th February, 1986" shall be substituted.
