To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for manufacturing and developing semi-conductor facility along with a Free Trade and Warehousing Zone at Raviryala Village , Maheswaram Mandal. Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi the 10th July, 2009 S.O.1702(E). - Whereas M/s. Fab City SPV (India) Private Limited, a private organisation in the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for manufacturing and developing semi-conductor facility along with a Free Trade and Warehousing Zone at Raviryala Village, Maheswaram Mandal. Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh: And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , has notified areas of 120.06 hectares and 299.23 hectares at Raviryala and Srinagar Villages, Maheswaram Mandal Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O. 41(E) dated 15th January, 2007 and S.O. 2128(E) dated 13th December, 2007 respectively; And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 the Central Government hereby notifies the remaining area of 15.57 hectares at Raviryala Villages, Maheswaram Mandal Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the survey numbers and the area given below in the Table, to be included as a part of that Special Economic Zone, namely:- Sl.
