Rescinds Notification No. 47/76-C.E. [ CH. 40] Notification No. 195/89-C.E. Dated 12-12-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 47/76-Central Excises, dated the 9th March, 1976.
