Anti-dumping Duty - Polyvinyl Chloride Resin - Rescinding of Notification No. 4/94-Cus. Notification No. 96/97-Cus. Dated 23-12-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, and based upon the findings of the designated authority in the matter of review of anti-dumping duties on PVC Resin published in Part I, Section 1 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 29th September, 1997, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 4/94-Customs, dated the 18th January, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide GSR 27(E), dated the 18th January, 1994.
