Import for jobbing for Export - 15% Interest payable if conditions Not complied with 10 th July, 2003. Notification No. 105/2003 - Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.32/97-Customs, dated the 1 st April, 1997, namely :- In the said notification, in condition (v), in the proviso, after the words "complied with," occurring at the end, the words, "together with interest at the rate of fifteen percent per annum from the date of clearance of goods," shall be inserted.
