Corrigendum Notification No. 07/2009-10 dated 30-07-2009 OFFICE OF THE CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX CORRIGENDUM Jaipur, the 24th August, 2009 S.O. 2389. - In Notification No. 07/2009-10 dated 30-07-2009 vide which "Diganter Shiksha Evam Khel Kood Samiti, Village-Todi Ramjanipura, Jagatpura, Jaipur" was approved for the purpose of sub-clause (vi) of clause (23C) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) read with rule 2CA of the Income-tax Rules, 1962 in Para I, lines 3 4 name of the samiti may be read as "Digantar Shiksha Evam Khel Kood Samiti" instead of "Digantar Shiksha Evam Khel Samiti" [No. CCIT/JPR/Addl.
