Amends notification no. 1917(E) dated 12-10-2007 - appointing Director, Software Technology Parks of India , Hyderabad to the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones NOTIFCATION New Delhi , the 6th January, 2010 S.O. 15(E). - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Number S.O, 1917(E) dated 12 th November. 2007 , appointing Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Hyderabad to the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones:- In the said notification, following rows mentioned at Sl. Nos. 9 and 30 may be deleted: 9 FAB City SPV(India) Ltd.
