DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL POLICY AND PROMOTION NOTIFICATION NO. S.O. 514(E), DATED 3-4-2007 Subject:- Section 117G of the Patents Act, 1970 - Transfer of pending proceedings to Appellate Board - Notified date S.O. 514(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 117G of the Patents Act, 1970 (39 of 1970), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of April, 2007 as the date on which all cases of appeals against any order or decision of the Controller and all cases pertaining to revocation of patent other than on a counter-claim in a suit for infringement and rectification of register pending before any High Court, shall stand transferred to the Appellate Board.
