S.O. 636(E), DATED 24-4-2007, New Delhi, the 24 th April, 2007 Subject:- Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 - Constitution of National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards S.O. 636(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Company Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 9th March, 2007 vide number S.O. 339(E), dated 9th March, 2007, namely : In the said notification, at serial number (2), for the words Shri T.N. Manoharan, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India the following shall be substituted, namely : Shri Sunil H.
