Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by excercising the power conferred under section 210A of the companies Act 1956 - S.O. 1357(E). - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th May,-2009 Subject:- Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by excercising the power conferred under section 210A of the companies Act 1956 S.O. 1357(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 30th May, 2008, vide number S.O.1270 (E), dated the 30th May, 2008, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) for serial number (2) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numberand entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :- "(2) Shri Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India -Member, (shall hold office up to 28-5-2009) [nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 210A]"; (ii) for serial number (12) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely "(12) Smt. Renuka Kumar, Joint -Member, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (shall hold office up to 28-5-2009) [nominated under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 210A]". [F.
